Initial Applicants - General Registration

To apply for CDHPEI registration for the first time you must:

Set up an account in the online registration system - HMS
Pay the application fee
Once your application fee has been received and your basic HMS account approved, complete all mandatory information in your profile
Provide the details of your professional currency
Upload the Certificate of Insurance
Upload a valid Criminal Record Screening results document
After your documents are approved by the Registrar, pay the general registration fee
